Eligibility for Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are considered only under specific circumstances: the digital product was not delivered or account access was not granted, the product is defective, unusable, or fails to perform as described, or the product materially differs from its published description.

Where applicable consumer protection law grants a right of withdrawal, that right is waived once digital delivery begins, provided the client has agreed to immediate access at checkout — consistent with standard digital goods regulations.
